INTRODUCTION:

At Spresco, LLC (includes Spresco, LLC, and any of Spresco’s affiliates or subsidiaries, collectively referred to as “Spresco LLC”), we understand the importance of your privacy, especially concerning your personal information.  This Privacy Policy describes Spresco LLC’s policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.  The Privacy Policy applies to all of the services provided by Spresco LLC.  When using any of our services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.  

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the Spresco LLC Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which can be found on Spresco’s website.  Your use of the Spresco LLC service and any information you provide to the Spresco LLC service remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms.

The main principals of this Privacy Policy are:

–       It is your choice to use the Spresco LLC service and provide information to Spresco LLC;

–       Spresco LLC will only utilize your information as described in this Privacy Policy;

–       Spresco LLC respects your personal information and does not sell your information to any third party.

THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

Spresco LLC collects certain information, including personally identifiable information, to provide you with a better product.  In order to provide the best possible services to our customers, we collect all the information you provide to us.  This information includes certain personal information, including but not limited to your name and email address. Spresco LLC may also collect your credit card information if you choose to purchase or lease any Spresco LLC products. By utilizing Spresco LLC, you are voluntarily providing us with the information, including personally identifiable information, needed to provide the best possible service.

  1. Customer Account:

In order to take advantage of the Spresco LLC service, you will need to create a customer account.  You will need to provide certain information to create your customer account.  That information includes your name, email address and contact information.

  1. Site Usage and Orders

When processing an order or purchasing a product from the Site, we require you to provide some basic information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, credit and/or debit card information, among other information, in order to process your order. By voluntarily providing your information, you are consenting to the collection and use of that information by Spresco LLC.

  1. Cookies

Like most websites, Spresco LLC may use cookies to collect information and personalize your Spresco LLC experience or otherwise improve our services.  Cookies are tiny pieces of data on your computer or mobile device.  These cookies allow Spresco LLC to recognize you as a client when you log onto the website from the same computer or mobile device and web browser.  This allows Spresco LLC to make it easier for you to use the site.  For example, Spresco LLC will be able to save your user name to make it easier to log in to the site.  The cookies may also be used to better understand your interaction and use of the Spresco LLC site and to provide you with advertisements that may be of interest to you.  Certain third parties associated with the Spresco LLC service may also place or read cookies on your browser.

When you access Spresco LLC through a computer or other mobile device, we may collect information about your browser type, internet protocol (IP) address, location and the pages you visit.  This information will help Spresco LLC improve the Site and determine which sites, platforms, etc. to upgrade.

In order to provide quick and responsive feedback to customer inquiries, Spresco LLC may collect information regarding customer service.

In order to support the Spresco LLC service and to provide a more practical and relevant experience for the User, Spresco LLC provides our own ads and also allows third party advertisements on the Site.  Here at Spresco LLC, you will not have to deal with flashing advertisements that do not relate to you.  While not all advertisements are personalized to you, Spresco LLC attempts to provide you with advertisements that would be of interest to you based on the venues, consumer services or entertainment options you enjoyed in the past, along with other relevant information you have provided.  These advertisements are targeted to Users by both Spresco LLC and other companies, called ad networks.  Ad networks include ad agencies, research firms and third party ad servers.

The advertisements may be targeted to you based on your demographics, location, gender, age, IP address, ethnic origin, past experiences with consumer services or venues, or other aspects of your life.  The advertisements may also be targeted to you based or your use of the Spresco LLC Site.  While we use this data to personalize the advertisements we show you, Spresco LLC does not personally identify you.

Spresco LLC does not provide personally identifiable information to any third party.

HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED

Collecting and utilizing certain information from our customers helps Spresco LLC provide better services and provide you with an enhanced, personalized experience.  But we understand the importance of personal information and privacy.  Therefore, we never sell or rent your personal information to anyone. If any of this information is used in a manner that differs from the purpose it was collected or as described in this Privacy Policy, Spresco LLC will first ask for your consent.

Spresco LLC will use your contact information, such as your e-mail address, to process orders and contact you about your account information and information related to the Spresco LLC service.

HOW THE INFORMATION IS SHARED

When it is required, we will share your information with companies with whom we partner with to provide you with better service and products. These strategic partners help us with mailing, processing credit cards, marketing and research, among other tasks. Spresco LLC may also share your information, including your personal information, when we believe in good faith that the release of the information is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of Spresco LLC, our employees, users or others.

 

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

For certain users, your Spresco LLC account is protected by the password you selected for your security and privacy.  You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information.  You should select a password that is known only to you and difficult for others to guess.  You should protect your password appropriately.  You should also make sure to prevent access to your computer or mobile device and properly sign off when you are finished accessing your account.

For all users, Spresco LLC employs strict security measures to safeguard online transactions. Personal information is stored in a secured database and only sent via an encrypted internet channel. While Spresco LLC takes reasonable and substantial steps to protect user information and ensure that account information is kept private, Spresco LLC cannot guarantee the security of user account information.  Certain unexpected events, such as hardware or software failure, unauthorized use and other similar factors may compromise the security and privacy of user information at any time.

Spresco LLC may contain links to other sites.  Spresco LLC is not responsible for the information and privacy practices of these web sites.  Before entering a third party site, you should read the privacy policy and terms of use of that site.

CONTROLLING YOUR INFORMATION

After the registration process is complete, you have complete control over the information you provide to Spresco LLC.  If you do not want any information collected, you do not have to provide it.  You have control over your account and what information is provided.

You are responsible for updating any of your information that may be outdated or inaccurate.

HOW TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT

If you decide to delete your Spresco LLC account, you can do so by emailing support@spresco.com. For Spresco, LLC customers that have made a one-time purchase off of the website, your account can be deleted upon written request to support@spresco.com.    For customers that have entered into a separate agreement with Spresco, LLC, that agreement will govern the termination process. If you terminate your account, your profile will be removed from the Site and deleted from Spresco LLC’s servers.  But some of the information you provided, such as user submitted content, will continue to be an integral part of the Site.  Any of your personally identifiable information connected to the information that remains on the Site will be removed, but the information itself will remain.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Spresco LLC may change this Privacy Policy occasionally to make sure our privacy settings are current.  Any information that Spresco LLC collects now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is used.  If Spresco LLC makes a material change to the policy, you will be notified either by email or by an announcement posted on the Site.  Whether a change is material or not will be determined by Spresco LLC’s sole discretion.  By continuing to access the Spresco LLC service, you agree to be bound by the amended Privacy Policy.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Pursuant to California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, individuals residing in California are entitled to request a notice describing the categories of personal information Spresco LLC shares with third parties or corporate affiliates for direct marketing purposes.  The notice will identify the categories of information shared and include a list of the third parties and affiliates (including names and addresses) with which the information is shared.  If you are an individual residing in California and would like a copy of this notice, submit a written request specifying your desire to obtain a copy of “Spresco LLC’s California Privacy Rights Notice” to the following address: Spresco, LLC, 112 Main Road, Suite 4, Montville New Jersey 07045.  Please allow 30 days for Spresco LLC’s response.
